We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates / Photographers at some of the Las Vegas Strip’s most iconic properties. What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate / Photographer, you will:
- Welcome and acknowledge guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Guide guests through a fun and engaging photography experience.
- Capture high-quality souvenir photographs.
- Present and promote photo products to guests.
- Build positive relationships with guests through outstanding customer service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Invite guests to return and thank them for visiting.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while supporting team success.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude that reflects Cashman Photo’s commitment to excellence.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and respect.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Work both indoors and outdoors as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Previous photography experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and interacting with guests throughout the shift. Candidates must be comfortable working in busy environments, carrying photography equipment, and lifting supplies up to 25 pounds with assistance.
Training & Development
No professional photography experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and will teach you everything you need to succeed. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a desire to learn.
